Looking at
the situation of Covid 19 across India, Hero MotoCorp have decided to go for 4
days staggered stoppage in all 6 units in India including GPC (Global Parts Centre)
located in Neemrana, Rajasthan. According to sources it will remain closed from
April 22 and May 1 based on the local scenario.
“The Company will utilise the closed days to carry out necessary
maintenance work in the manufacturing plants. The shutdown will not affect the
company’s ability to meet the demand, which has been impacted due to lockdown
in many states. The production loss will be compensated during the remainder of
the quarter,” Hero MotoCorp said in a release.
