The 68-year-old billionaire began his post by saying that it was an extraordinary occasion to meet everyone’s favourite ‘Shark’. Agarwal called Gupta a dynamic entrepreneur who has been leading India’s fastest-growing audio brand.

“Aap sabke favourite “Shark” ke saath ek mulaqat…(a meeting with everyone’s favourite Shark) Met with the co-founder of boAt, the dynamic Aman Gupta, who is leading India’s fastest growing audio brand,” wrote Agarwal.

The

boss went on to commend Gupta’s perseverance and efforts to propel an Indian brand into the league of global brands. Agarwal said that he was always excited to meet founders like Gupta who inspired millions of young entrepreneurs to dream big.

“Aman is known for his ‘hum bhi karlenge’ (We can do it) attitude which has led to an Indian-based company competing against global tech giants like never seen before. Always excited to meet founders like Aman who inspire lakhs of youngsters to dream big!” wrote the billionaire.

Hope we will also contribute a handful as much as possible.” The Vedanta boss responded by saying, “Manish, the youth of today has a power that is unmatched. An MBA from Kellogg School of Management, Gupta is known for his humility. Gupta became a social media sensation after he revealed that he used to wear a t-shirt with his company’s logo as he had no budget to advertise his company.
